Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you service-related messages, such as order confirmations, delivery updates, account notices or appointment information.

If you have a privacy concern or complaint, please contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@porticoservices.com.au.   Please include enough detail so that we can understand and respond to your concern. We will consider your complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website.  Where changes are significant, we may take additional steps to notify you.
