“We had just decided to open an office in Menai. We secured our premises next step how do we style our new office? Most of our time was taken up in our business we couldn’t invest too much time researching office fit outs, this was our first office and to say we were new to the game is an understatement.

First step I asked for recommendations on Facebook. Annette from Portico was recommended as well as others. I emailed 5 different businesses and within 30 minutes Annette had responded and phoned me. We met the very next day and from then on I knew we were in excellent hands.

From our first meeting Annette understood our vision, our colour scheme, she helped with the design and provided us with 3D colour pictures to show us exactly how she envisioned our new office.

Annette was always available to take my calls or answer my emails it didn’t matter what time it was.

It was time for delivery and this was a moving target. Annette worked with us as we still had builders onsite doing last minute finishings. She went above and beyond what was expected and ensured all the furniture delivered was placed perfectly and covered to ensure no damage was done until our builders had finished their work.

Annette’s work didn’t stop there once all the furniture was in I then decided we needed some extra items to complete the office. Annette was on the job straight away and had the additional items ordered, delivered and set up for us.

I have nothing but full praise for Annette and her team . They are true professionals.
