Interior design project. Portico recently had the pleasure of furnishing a 5 bedroom youth accommodation home. Our brief was to add a warm and vibrant feel using hardwearing and practical surfaces for easy cleaning. Artwork was from the Designer Boys Collection all pieces were covered in clear acrylic and security fixed.
Interior design project. Portico Services were called in to a very tired restaurant space in a club that had been unused for sometime. The space was known as the ‘dungeon’ The original colour scheme was red and the chairs black and white striped. With a 2 week incredibly short lead time and tight budget we were able to salvage the positives in the space and add warmth though paint, lighting, timber and plants! The restaurant is now a popular venue for families.
Interior design project. Just prior to the Footy season commencing we were called in to discuss a layout and furnishing for a local Junior Rugby Club. The new build is in a lovely leafy location on the river and we were able to make the most of the outlook with furniture that was flexible for indoor and outdoor use and rough and tumble treatment that a Footy club will dish out! The result was modern, fresh and practical, again on a short lead time and tight budget!
Interior design project. Artwork is one of our favourite decorating tools after paint! We were asked to brighten the stairwell in a block units that had little light and all exposed brick. By adding large format bright artwork with acrylic over them and security fixing the result changed the whole feel of the block as you enter. It now felt warm and friendly and up to date.
